New Year, New Look!

With 2023 coming to a close, we reflect on the year we’ve had. And what a year it has been! We have loved each day serving our clients and watching your furry friends thrive. It has been an absolute joy to provide a product that supports our pets optimal health and treats that make their tails wag. This past year, we hosted a few open house events, welcoming in local vendors and entrepreneurs to have fun-filled days open to the community. We partnered with local businesses to host a fundraising event to support St. Thomas Animal Shelter. We gave our store a makeover with some fresh new paint and new products too! And as if all of that isn’t exciting enough, hold on to your leashes because we have a whole new box of treats for 2024!

If you’re visiting our online store, you may notice things look a little different. We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have updated our entire website! With this new site, we hope that you’ll find your shopping experience to be streamlined and resources more readily available to you. Over the next few weeks, we will be making some cosmetic and operational updates including updated photos, new products and more. In addition to the website, you may notice our logo has also received some TLC. Thanks to a new partnership with a local marketing agency, we were able to update our logo to reflect the same care and creativity that has gone into all other aspects of our business. You’ll now be able to spot your favourite pet health business at every festival and community event by our official branding colours and logo. Rest assured, we will be there! You’ll also be able to keep up to date with all of our activities online with our social media accounts as we will be updating those as well and increasing our online activity. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? 

With all of that said, thank you to all of our loyal clients who have been with us this past year and beyond! You are the reason why we work tirelessly to bring the best experience possible, for you and your beloved pets. We hope that you’ll love these improvements as much as we do. It's our hope that we can provide you with an experience that is worth talking about. As with all seasons of change, things take some time. Please bear with us as we put the finishing touches on our new website. We can’t wait to introduce you to our new purchase perks and rewards system as well as email insider perks!

We are getting ready to launch our new website, please bare with us while we keep working on updating the new site. Below are some key points from today's launch.

- Immediately! - Website has launched, item and payment processing working.

- In-Store and Online systems have merged successfully.

- Supplier & B2B Accounts to be setup this week.

- Reward system will be transferred later this month.
