We currently deliver Raw Food across Ontario on designated routes. Dates can vary due to weather or other unforeseen factors.

Grey Bruce Run - The first Saturday of each month.

This run goes up Highbury in London, across to the Listowel area then up through Bruce County over to the Owen Sound area, back up through Flesherton, and into the Grand Valley area.

Niagara Run - The second Saturday of each month.

This goes along Hwy 3 to Delhi, Simcoe area, then goes up to Niagara Falls, Port Colborne area, then back through St Catherines and Hamilton area.

GTA Run - The third Saturday of each month.

This run will go up the 403 towards Hamilton and across into Toronto, and covers most of the GTA.

KW Guelph Run - The last Saturday of each month.

This run goes up through Ingersol over to Woodstock, up to Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo, then over to the Guelph area, including the Caladon area.

Minden Run - The last Monday of each month.

This run covers the Barrie area up through Orillia into the Minden area and then back up through the Peterborough area.

Ottawa Run - The first Sunday of every other month.

This run goes up Hwy 7 through Peterborough and all the way up through Ottawa, into Gatineau, then across to Summersown and back up the 401.
