Each case contains approximately 33 to 38 lb of individually cut frozen raw blocks. There is no individual packaging. The product is packed directly into a cardboard case and cut into 16 convenient blocks, making it easy to separate and thaw as needed.

Ordering Information
A deposit equal to 30 lb will be charged when you place your order. Once your case arrives, it will be weighed and the remaining balance will be calculated based on the final case weight. You will only pay for the additional pounds above the initial 30 lb deposit.
